GLOW RETREAT

A weekend women’s retreat to ignite presence, creativity and joy.

Hazel Hill Wood, Hampshire | June 20 - 22, 2025

Join me and Carolyn Thompson, on this two-night women's retreat in the woods. Just for a while, unplug from tech and step away from the demands of this busy life. Come back to nature, the present moment, creativity – and your wild, free self.

This is your time to move your body mindfully, eat nourishing food, dream with pen and paper, have fun with playful art – and gather around the fire, cuppa in hand.

No pressures. No expectations. Come exactly as you are. This is replenishing and grounding summer medicine for your soul.

Leave devices and demands behind

Wake up to mindful movement practices in the woods.

Ease into daytime creative sessions, including printmaking, nature crafting, intuitive painting and exploratory writing.

Before gently winding down with deeply nourishing Restorative Yoga sessions and Yoga Nidra.

This weekend is all about working with your mind, body and imagination (plus, paper, paint, woodland gifts, pens and more) to rest, unwind and reconnect with your wild, wonderful self.

Create. Rest. Reset retreat attendee, 2024

“I just wanted to say thank you for this beautifully nurturing and creative space to unwind. I feel uplifted by the inspiring community of women, re-energised by the silence and cocooned by the woodland surroundings. I'm already looking forward to the next one!"

The invitation

Create

Taking inspiration from the nature around us, you’ll be gently guided through a range of creative exercises. Discover how creativity can help you relax, be in the moment and spark a sense of adventure and aliveness. (You don’t have to be good at art. Promise.)

Rest

Restorative yoga practices, woodland wanderings, gentle fireside journaling and time for you. This is your invitation to kick back, leave responsibilities behind and ease into a soothing sense of rest.

Enjoy

The retreat intention is to slow down and return to the joy of simple pleasures, away from life’s demands. Through the mingling of movement, rest, creativity and community, you can gently unwind – leaving the weekend feeling restored and refreshed.

Nourishing food

Shared meal times, chatting and tucking into nourishing, delicious food is an important part of our retreats.

All meals will be vegetarian / plant-based, seasonal summery delights, and all  lovingly prepared by our private chef Michelle Toll (@food_with_shell on Insta).

All your dietary needs such as vegan or Gluten Free can be catered, just let us know when you book
