Each season, you’re invited to come together with other women founders and leaders to explore these questions. You’ll be guided through a range of practical exercises and exploratory writing prompts to help you reflect on where you are – and where you want to go in the new season ahead.

Our gatherings will move with the Wheel of the Year – a celebration of eight key milestones in nature’s cycle.
While technology races forward, we'll pause at each turn of the wheel to reflect on our businesses. Together, we’ll celebrate our successes, share lessons and set meaningful intentions for the new cycle ahead.

The Wheel of the Year marks eight ancient festivals that map nature's cycle - the solstices, equinoxes, and the midpoints in between.
Using the Wheel as our structure, we’ll use practical exercises and writing to explore our businesses through the lens of each seasonal theme.

Imbolc: Awakening imagination and clarifying your vision.
Spring Equinox: Finding balance and sparking fresh inspiration.
Beltane: Celebrating success and finding aliveness.
Summer Solstice: Building strength and sustainable growth.
Lammas: Nourishing yourself and giving to others.
Autumn Equinox: Strategic planning and deepening your impact.
Samhain: Releasing + letting go of what no longer serves you.
Winter Solstice: Rest and shining a light on your path forward.

At each equinox and solstice we’ll gather around a warm fire in beautiful private woodland in Bristol, UK.
Sessions will include a short mindful walk in nature, seasonal writing and reflection exercises, discussions and intention setting for the cycle ahead.
We'll share hot tea, cake, and fireside connection as we explore nature's lessons together.
